摘　　要：目的:探讨音乐疗法联合中药结肠透析在慢性肾脏病3-4期患者中的疗效。方法:选取上海中医药大学附属第七人民医院2020年1月~2022年12月收治的符合CKD 3-4期的患者98例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=50)与研究组(n=48)。对照组予以中药结肠透析治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合音乐疗法,经过2个疗程(14 d)后对比两组患者临床疗效、肾功能分期、中医症候积分及焦虑抑郁评分。结果:治疗后,研究组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组CKD 5期患者数量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中医症候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SDS评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在中药结肠透析基础上联合音乐疗法,能够通过改善CKD患者的心理状况,提高其疗效。Objective To explore the curative effect of music therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis in patients with chronic kidney disease 3-4.Method 98 patients with stage 3-4 of chronic kidney disease in the seventh People′s Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as research object,and they were divided into control group(n=50)and research group(n=48)through randomized tables.The control group patients underwent traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis treatment.The research group combined music therapy on the basis of the control group.After two courses of treatment(14 days),the two groups of patients were compared with symptom efficacy,renal function staging,TCM symptom score,and self-rating anxiety and self-rating depression scale.Results After two courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the research group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the patients who the stage of CKD5 in the research group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the symptom points of traditional Chinese medicine were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the SAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),there was no statistical difference in SDS score(P<0.05).Conclusion It is worth promoting the addition of music therapy on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis to improve the treatment effect by improving the psychological condition of patients.
