摘　　要：光学相干断层扫描技术(OCT)是一种基于低相干光干涉原理获取组织矢状面信息的成像技术,具有分辨率高、重复性好、成像迅速、非侵入性等特点,已经广泛应用于眼科。OCT适用于皮肤成像,其图像特征与皮肤结构一致,本文综述OCT的原理及其在皮肤科应用前景。Optical coherence tomography(OCT)is an imaging technique that obtains information in the tissue sagittal plane based on the principles of low-coherence light interference.It has characteristics of high resolution,good repeatability,rapid imaging,and non-invasiveness,and has been widely used in ophthalmology.OCT is suitable for skin imaging,and its image characteristics are highly consistent with skin structure.This review summarizes the principles of OCT and its application prospects in dermatology.
