摘　　要：皮肌炎是一种累及皮肤和肌肉的自身免疫病,还可累及心、肺、关节等脏器或合并恶性肿瘤。在这些并发症中,肺间质病变尤其值得关注,它起病急,因病情进展迅速,早期诊断困难,常导致治疗延误,是皮肌炎患者死亡的常见原因之一。本文从皮损类型、血清标志物及影像学特征来预判皮肌炎合并肺间质病变的风险、严重程度及预后。Dermatomyositis is an autoimmune disease mainly involving the skin and muscles,as well as the heart,lungs,and joints,and it may even be complicated by malignant tumors.Among these complications,interstitial lung disease(ILD)is of particular concern.Because of the urgent onset and rapid progress,ILD is hard to diagnose at the early stage,leading to treatment delay.Furthermore,ILD is the common cause of death in patients with dermatomyositis.This review summarizes types of skin lesions,serum biomarkers and radiological features to evaluate the risk,severity and prognosis of dermatomyositis complicated by ILD.
