摘 要:采用微波烧结制备添加不同含量VC, Mo_(2)C的WC-Ni_(3)Al基硬质合金,研究添加VC和Mo_(2)C对其组织和力学性能的影响.添加VC和Mo_(2)C均可以抑制WC的溶解-析出过程,从而细化WC晶粒,同时也使黏结相Ni3Al的分布变得均匀,其中VC细化晶粒的效果更明显.添加VC使WC-Ni_(3)Al基硬质合金的相对密度、弯曲强度和断裂韧性降低而硬度提高,当VC含量为0.6%时,WC-Ni_(3)Al基硬质合金的硬度最高为1 413 HV30.当Mo_(2)C含量为1.5%时,WC-Ni_(3)Al基硬质合金的相对密度、弯曲强度和硬度均有所提高但断裂韧性下降,Mo_(2)C含量继续增加时,其相对密度下降且Mo2C会发生偏聚从而降低其力学性能.Microwave sintering technology is used to prepare WC-Ni_(3)Al-based cemented carbides with different VC and Mo_(2)C additions,and the effects of adding VC and Mo_(2)C on its microstructure and mechanical properties are investigated.The addition of VC and Mo_(2)C can inhibit the dissolution-precipitation process of WC grains,thereby refining the WC grains,and at the same time make the distribution of the binder phase Ni_(3)Al uniform.It can also be found that VC has a more obvious grain refinement effect than Mo_(2)C.The addition of VC reduces the relative density,bending strength and fracture toughness of the WC-Ni_(3)Al-based cemented carbide and increases its hardness.When the VC content is 0.6%,its hardness is 1413 HV.When the Mo_(2)C content is 1.5%,the relative density,bending strength and hardness of WC-Ni_(3)Al-based cemented carbide are increased but the fracture toughness is decreased.When the Mo_(2)C content continues to increase,its mechanical properties are reduced due to the decrease of its relative density and the occurrence of Mo_(2)C segregation.
