摘 要:电工电子技术在纳米发电领域具有重要优势,探讨电工电子技术在纳米发电领域的应用,可以促进理论知识与技术创新融合,推动电气工程的发展.依托电工电子技术相关知识分析新型复合纳米发电机,探索三相全波整流稳压电路.该复合纳米发电装置由摩擦发电和压电发电两模块串联而成,输出开路电压为690 V,短路电流为390μA,经三相全波整流稳压电路后最终实现5 V直流电压输出,从而可以给恒定功率设备供电.该设计解决了当前电子产品所面临的能量需求问题,为新能源的利用和开发提供重要参考.Electrical and electronic technology shows important advantages in the field of nano-generation.Exploring the application of electrical and electronic technology in the field of nano-generation can promote the integration of theoretical knowledge and technological innovation,and promote the development of electrical engineering.The paper analyzes the new composite nano-generator based on the relevant knowledge of electrical and electronic technology,and explores the three-phase full-wave rectifier and voltage regulator circuits.The composite nano-generator consists of two modules,friction power generation and piezoelectric power generation,which are connected in series.The output open-circuit voltage is 690 V,and the short-circuit current is 390μA.After the three-phase full wave rectification and voltage stabilization circuit,a 5V DC voltage output is finally achieved,which can supply power to the constant power devices.This design solves the energy demand problem faced by current electronic products and provides an important reference for the utilization and development of new energy sources.
