自然降温过程中北京地区3种绣球的耐寒性研究

摘  要:以乔木绣球“安娜贝拉”(A)、圆锥绣球“香草草莓”(B)及大花绣球“无尽夏”(C)3种绣球为试材,通过测定在北京露地环境自然降温过程中3种耐寒覆盖条件下的次年成活率、叶片相对电导率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及相对含水量,研究其北京露地栽种耐寒性差异。结果表明,自然降温过程中,越冬存活率、叶片可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量依次为C>A>B,叶片相对电导率依次为C>A>B,相对含水量依次为C>B>A。3种绣球的电导率均随温度下降而升高;可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和相对含水量与气温变化呈部分相关性。综合评价结果表明,3种绣球基本能在北京地区实现露地越冬,但耐寒能力有一定差异,耐寒性依次为大花绣球“无尽夏”、乔木绣球“安娜贝拉”、圆锥绣球“香草草莓”,采用覆盖物可起到一定耐寒效果。Three types of hydrangea,Hydrangea areborescense‘Annabelle’(A),Hydrangea paniculata‘Vanilla Strawberry’(B),and Hydrangea macrophylla‘Endless Summer’(C)were used as experimental materials,during the natural cooling process in the open field of Beijing,the differences in cold tolerance of Hydrangea were studied by measuring the survival rate of the following year,the relative conductance of leaves,soluble sugar,soluble protein,and relative water content under three cold resistant covering conditions.The results showed that during the natural cooling process,overwintering survival rate,soluble sugar and soluble protein content in leaves were ranked with C>A>B,the relative conductance of leaves was ranked with C>A>B,relative water content ranked with C>B>A.The conductance of the three types of Hydrangea increased with the decrease of temperature;there was a partial correlation between soluble sugar,soluble protein,and relative water content and temperature changes.The comprehensive evaluation results showed that almost all three types of Hydrangea could achieve outdoor overwintering in the Beijing area,but there were certain differences in cold resistance.The cold resistance was ranked with‘Endless Summer’‘Annabelle’and‘Vanilla Strawberry’.The use of covering could have a certain cold resistance effect.
