品牌大蒜绿色发展的问题及对策研究——以大丰大蒜产业为例

摘　　要：作为江苏中晚熟大蒜特色产业集群建设项目内容之一,大丰大蒜因其独具特色的青蒜和蒜薹产业享誉国内外。通过多年实践调研和文献研究,总结了大丰大蒜得天独厚的区域特征、不断完善的绿色生产体系和渐成规模的绿色品牌等发展现状,针对产业绿色发展中存在的品种退化、配套设施不完善、产业链条短、标准缺失等发展瓶颈,提出了强化科技引领、打造大蒜绿色生产模式,突出产业延伸、打造大蒜绿色发展样板,提升思维转变、擦亮大蒜绿色健康文化底色等对策建议,以期为乡村振兴背景下地方特色富民产业发展提供参照,助力大丰大蒜产业绿色可持续发展。As a member of the contents of Jiangsu medium and late-maturing characteristic garlic industry cluster construction projects,Dafeng garlic is well-known at home and abroad for its unique garlic sprout and garlic pedicel industry.Through years of practical research and literature review,the development status of Dafeng garlic has been summarized,including its unique regional characteristics,continuously improved green production system and gradually becoming a large-scale green brand.In response to the development bottlenecks such as variety degradation,incomplete supporting facilities,short industrial chain and lack of standards in the green development of industry,suggestions have been put forward,including strengthening technological leadership to create a green production mode for garlic,highlighting industrial extension to create a green development mode for garlic,enhancing thinking transformation to stress the green and healthy cultural background of garlic,aiming at providing reference for the development of local characteristic industries for enriching the people under the background of rural revitalization,and assisting the green and sustainable development of Dafeng garlic industry.
