摘  要:装修材料在生产和使用过程中会释放出有害物质,污染空气质量。为此,研究基于装配式装修的建材污染物释放特性,将大容量环境测试舱运用于建材污染物释放能力测试,以分析建材污染物的浓度变化,对其长期释放规律进行预测。研究结果表明,硅酸钙板在第10天的甲醛、苯、VOC浓度值分别为0.14、0.30、0.46 mg/m^(3),低于密度板材的0.29、1.14、1.72 mg/m^(3)。以某住宅为例,装配式装修的综合指数为0.91,在0.50至1.00之间,这表明该住宅室内空气未遭受污染。综上所述,研究提出的建材污染物释放规律预测具有可行性,且装配式装修可以有效降低建材污染物浓度,提升空气质量。Decoration materials can release harmful substances during production and use,resulting in air pollution.To this end,a study was conducted on the release characteristics of building materials pollutants based on prefabricated decoration.A high-capacity environmental testing chamber was used to test the release capacity of building materials pollutants in order to analyze the concentration changes of building materials pollutants and predict their long-term release patterns.The results show that the concentrations of formaldehyde,benzene and VOC of calcium silicate board on the 10th day are 0.14,0.30 and 0.46 mg/m^(3),respectively,which are lower than those of cabinet board,which are 0.29,1.14 and 1.72 mg/m^(3) respectively.Taking a residential building as an example,the comprehensive index of prefabricated decoration is 0.91,ranging from 0.50 to 1.00,which indicates that the indoor air of the residential building has not been polluted.It is feasible to predict the release law of building materials pollutants,and assembled decoration can effectively reduce the concentration of building materials pollutants and improve air quality.
