特勤疗养员疗养生活体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的深入了解特勤疗养官兵疗养活动体验情况,为制定有针对性的疗养活动方案提供参考依据。方法采用目的抽样法,选取某特勤疗养中心的12名特勤疗养员进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi现象学分析资料。结果被访谈到特勤疗养员疗养体验归纳为正性体验和负性体验,其中,正性体验包括景观治疗意愿强、营养膳食保障好、疗区服务热情细致和科学训练有帮助4个主题。负性体验包括居住环境噪音较大、居住训练设施较陈旧、专业技术特色性不强、健康宣教需求意愿较低、体检内容针对性不强、活动自由程度未达预期6个主题。结论特勤疗养员对特勤疗养生活体验,受多种因素影响,应针对特勤疗养员实际疗养需求和疗养机构存在的不足,加强正性生活体验,持续改善负性体验,提高其疗养生活质量。Objective To investigate the experience of convalescent activities of special service convalescent officers and soldiers,and to provide reference for the formulation of targeted convalescent activities.Methods 12 special service convalescents in a special service convalescence center were selected for semi-structured in-depth interviews with objective sampling method,and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenology.Results The convalescents'convalescent experience can be summarized as positive experience and negative experience.Among them,the positive experience includes four themes:strong willingness to landscape treatment,good nutrition and diet guarantee,warm and meticulous service in the treatment area and helpful scientific training.The negative experience includes 6 themes:high noise of living environment,old residential training facilities,weak professional and technical characteristics,low willingness to demand health education,weak pertinence of physical examination content,and less freedom of activity than expected.Conclusion The convalescent life experience of special service convalescents is affected by many factors.According to the actual convalescent needs of special service convalescents and the shortcomings of convalescent institutions,the positive life experience should be strengthened,the negative experience should be continuously improved,and the quality of convalescent life should be improved.
