摘  要:目的探讨Powerbreathe呼吸训练器在疗养期间飞行人员体质训练中的应用价值。方法选择2022年9月至2024年1月来某疗养中心的40例22~45岁飞行员作为志愿者,采用随机数字表分为对照组和实验组。对照组进行常规体质训练,实验组在常规体质训练的基础上,运用Powerbreathe呼吸肌训练器(英国,K5)设置训练负荷为最大吸气压(MIP)的60%,20 min/次,2次/d,7 d/周,连续4周进行呼吸肌训练。测量训练前后受试者的MIP、吸气峰值流速(PIF)、吸入空气量(V)、用力肺活量(FVC)、用力呼气量(FEV1)、每分钟通气量(MVV)、Cooper 12 min跑步距离、感知呼吸困难评分量表(RPB)评分、自感疲劳用力度等级量表(RPE)评分以及+Gz耐力值。结果训练后实验组飞行员的MIP(124.60±12.54)cmH_(2)O(1 cmH_(2)O=0.098 kPa)、PIF(6.48±0.78)L/s、V(6.17±0.38)L、FVC(5.58±0.57)L、FEV1(4.99±0.56)L、MVV(159.85±8.52)L/min、Cooper 12 min跑步距离(2808.35±170.45)m、+Gz耐力值(3.37±0.27)G较对照组MIP(104.11±9.77)cmH_(2)O、PIF(5.95±0.49)L/s、V(5.31±0.49)L、FVC(5.15±0.48)L、FEV1(4.63±0.36)L、MVV(151.55±7.32)L/min、Cooper 12 min跑步距离(2637.25±178.64)m、+Gz耐力值(3.04±0.45)G明显升高,RPB评分(5.85±1.18)分、RPE评分(15.05±1.28)分较对照组(6.70±1.17)分、(16.60±1.11)分明显下降。结论应用Powerbreath呼吸训练器有针对性地对飞行员在疗养期间开展吸气肌训练,对于提升飞行员肺功能,增强有氧耐力,减轻主观疲劳感,提高抗荷能力有积极影响。Objective To explore the application value of Powerbreathe breathing trainer in physical training of flight personnel during convalescence.Methods 40 pilots aged 22-45 years old from September 2022 to January 2024 in a convalescence center were selected as volunteers and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table.The control group underwent routine physical training,while the experimental group used the Powerbreathe respiratory muscle trainer(UK,K5)to set the training load to 60%of the maximum inspiratory pressure(MIP),20 minutes per time,2 times a day,7 days a week,for 4 consecutive weeks of respiratory muscle training on the basis of routine physical training.The MIP,peak inspiratory flow rate(PIF),inhaled air volume(V),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume(FEV1),minute ventilation volume(MVV),Cooper 12-min running distance,rating of perceived breathlessness(RPB)score,rating of perceived exertion(RPE)score,and+Gz endurance value of the subjects before and after training were measured.Results After training,MIP(124.60±12.54)cmH_(2)O(1 cmH_(2)O=0.098 kPa),PIF(6.48±0.78)L/s,V(6.17±0.38)L,FVC(5.58±0.57)L,FEV1(4.99±0.56)L,MVV(159.85±8.52)L/min,Cooper 12-min running distance(2808.35±170.45)m,and+GZ endurance value(3.37±0.27)G of the experimental group pilots were clearly higher than those of the control group MIP(104.11±9.77)cmH_(2)O,PIF(5.95±0.49)L/s,V(5.31±0.49)L,FVC(5.15±0.48)L,FEV1(4.63±0.36)L,MVV(151.55±7.32)L/min,Cooper 12-min running distance(2637.25±178.64)m,+Gz endurance value(3.04±0.45)G,while RPB score(5.85±1.18)and RPE score(15.05±1.28)significantly decreased compared to the control group(6.70±1.17)and(16.60±1.11).Conclusion The application of Powerbreath breathing trainer to carry out targeted inspiratory muscle training for pilots during their convalescence period has a positive impact on improving their lung function,enhancing aerobic endurance,reducing subjective fatigue,and improving their ability to withstand loads.
