摘　　要：肱骨外上髁炎(lateral epicondylitis,LE)俗称“网球肘”,是临床上常见的肌肉骨骼系统疾病,治疗不及时可发展为慢性顽固性LE,严重影响患者工作及生活质量。目前临床治疗方法众多,中药、针灸、推拿等中医治疗方法应用广泛,效果显著。西医常采用口服非甾体类抗炎药物或局部注射、体外冲击波等物理治疗,较快缓解患者疼痛,疗效确切。近年来,中西医结合治疗也被越来越多的临床医生重视,且有较多研究发现多方案联合疗效优于单一治疗。因此,选择合适的治疗方案对缓解患者疼痛、改善活动受限、提高生活质量尤为重要。本文通过检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库、PubMed、Embase等信息检索平台关于LE治疗相关文献并进行归纳总结,对近年来中西医治疗LE的研究进展综述如下,以望为该病的临床治疗开拓新思路,增加临床疗效。Lateral epicondylitis(LE),commonly known as"tennis elbow",is a common musculoskeletal system disease in clinical practice.Without a timely treatment,it can develop into chronic intractable external epicondylitis of humerus that seriously affects daily work and quality of life.At present,there are many clinical treatment methods,such as the widely applied Chinese medicine,acupuncture,massage and other traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods,showing a remakable effect.Oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or local injection,extracorporeal shock wave and other physical therapy are common western medicine for LE,which rapidly relieves the pain with an accurate effect.In recent years,an integrated medicine has been growingly concerned,with a better efficacy of combination treatment than a monotherapy.Therefore,it is particularly important to choose the optimal treatment plan to relieve pain,improve mobility limitation and improve quality of life of LE patients.By searching relevant literatures on the treatment of external humerus epicondylitis in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP database,PubMed,Embase and other information retrieval platforms,this paper summarized the research progress of integrated medicine in treating LE in recent years,hoping to develop new ideas for clinical treatment and increase clinical efficacy.
