针刺法治疗髌股疼痛综合征的临床研究现状

摘　　要：髌股疼痛综合征(patellofemoral pain syndrome,PFPS)是年轻膝痛患者常应考虑的疾病,其好发于体力劳动者及体育运动爱好者,常表现为髌骨前、髌骨周围的弥漫性疼痛,并在上下楼、跑步、蹲起等活动的时候加重。在PFPS的影响下,患者的健康状况、生活质量、工作能力均会受到影响,如果不及时治疗还容易发展为髌股关节炎,亦或是不可逆的膝关节骨性关节炎,因此应该尽早采取积极的治疗措施。国内学者常采用中医外治法结合药物、康复锻炼等手段治疗PFPS,取得了良好的治疗效果。针刺法是中医外治疗法的重要组成部分,具有缓解膝关节疼痛、提高膝关节功能等作用,是PFPS有效的保守治疗方式。本文主要综述针刺法在PFPS中的应用,并展望针刺法在PFPS治疗中的研究趋势,以期对今后的临床研究提供借鉴。Patellofemoral pain syndrome(PFPS)is a common condition to consider in young patients with knee pain.PFPS,which commonly occurs in manual laborers and sports enthusiasts,often present as widespread pain in front of or around the patella,aggravated during activities like going up and down stairs,running,and squatting.Under the influence of PFPS,patients'health status,quality of life and work ability will be affected,and if not treated in time,it is easy to develop into patellofemoral arthritis or irreversible knee osteoarthritis.Therefore,active treatment measures should be taken as soon as possible.Domestic scholars often use external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with drugs,rehabilitation and other means to treat PFPS,and have achieved good therapeutic effects.Needling acupuncture is an important part of TCM external therapy,which can relieve knee pain and improve knee function,and is an effective conservative treatment for PFPS.This article mainly reviews the application of needling acupuncture in PFPS,and looks forward to the research trend of needling acupuncture in the treatment of PFPS,in order to provide reference for future clinical research.
