摘 要:咽喉部出现相关疾病时,常规手术操作难度极大,易增加术中风险,影响患者生活质量。随着微创理念如降低创伤总和、减少应激反应、调节创伤反应及促进创伤愈合等的不断发展和推广,微创手术已成为临床首选手术治疗方式,可在降低手术损伤的同时恢复咽喉部正常结构和生理功能。本文就近年来临床使用的低温等离子和激光等手术展开描述,旨在为临床咽喉部手术的微创技术选择提供依据。Conventional surgery for pharynx-related diseases is difficult and challenging,with an increased intraoperative risk and negative influence on the postoperative quality of life.With the continuous development and promotion of minimally invasive concepts,such as reducing the sum of trauma,reducing stress response,regulating trauma response and promoting wound healing.Minimally invasive surgery has become the first choice for clinical surgical treatment,it can reduce surgical damage while restoring the normal structure and physiological function of the throat.This paper described the clinical use of low-temperature plasma and laser surgery in recent years,in order to provide a basis for the selection of minimally invasive techniques for clinical pharynx and larynx surgery.
