加味柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗伴睡眠障碍胃食管反流病的效果

摘　　要：目的观察加味柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗伴睡眠障碍胃食管反流病的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年11月三明市第二医院70例伴睡眠障碍胃食管反流病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用雷贝拉唑肠溶片,观察组在对照组基础上联合采用加味柴胡桂枝干姜汤。比较两组患者临床效果、中医证候总积分、胃食管反流病问卷量表(GerdQ)评分、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、1周平均每天反酸次数及睡眠时间。结果观察组中医证候总积分、GerdQ评分、PSQI评分、1周平均每天反酸次数低于对照组,临床效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组1周平均每晚睡眠时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗伴睡眠障碍胃食管反流病患者比单用西药雷贝拉唑肠溶片效果更佳,能有效改善消化系统症状,提升睡眠质量,减少反酸次数,延长睡眠时间。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction on gastroesophageal reflux disease with sleep disorder.Methods A total of 70 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease with sleep disorder in Sanming Second Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets,and the observation group was treated with modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,total traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire(GerdQ)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,average daily acid reflux times and sleep time in 1 week were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of TCM syndrome,GerdQ score,PSQI score and average daily acid reflux times in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the clinical effect was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average sleep time per night in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets alone,modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction has a better effect in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease patients with sleep disorder.It can effectively improve digestive symptoms,improve sleep quality,reduce acid reflux times and prolong sleep time.
