摘　　要：目的探讨瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加味治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月贵州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的100例UAP患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组采取常规西药治疗,试验组采取常规西药联合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加味治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、中医证候积分、心功能、心肌损伤标志物水平等。结果试验组治疗总有效率、左室射血分数(LVEF)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组中医证候积分、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、心肌肌钙蛋白(cTn)、脑利尿钠肽(BNP)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加味治疗UAP具有显著效果,可改善机体心功能与血脂水平,降低中医证候积分,减轻疾病损害程度。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods A total of 100 UAP patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction.The therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,heart function and myocardial injury marker levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of experimental groups were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).TCM syndrome score,left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),cardiac troponin(cTn),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)levels of experimental groups were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant MB(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction has a remarkable effect in the treatment of UAP,which can improve the heart function and blood lipid level,reduce the TCM syndrome score,and reduce the degree of disease damage.
