摘　　要：目的探讨风险预警护理对腹股沟疝术后静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)的影响。方法随机选取2022年3月—2024年4月江苏省淮安市淮安医院收治的90例接受腹股沟疝手术患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组采用风险预警护理,对照组实施传统护理。比较两组患者的术后VTE发生率、自护能力、护理依从性和护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组患者的术后VTE发生率为4.44%(2/45),低于对照组的17.78%(8/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.050,P<0.05);观察组患者的自护能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险预警护理对于腹股沟疝术后VTE的预防具有显著影响,能够有效降低血栓的发生率,增强患者的自护能力,进一步提高患者的护理依从性和满意度。Objective To explore the effect of risk early warning nursing on venous thromboembolism(VTE)after inguinal hernia surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing inguinal hernia surgery in Huai'an Hospital,Jiangsu Province from March 2022 to April 2024 were randomly selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group adopted the risk early warning nursing,and the control group implemented the traditional nursing.The incidence of postoperative VTE,self-care ability,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the incidence of postoperative VTE in the observation group was 4.44%(2/45),which was lower than that in the control group 17.78%(8/45),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.050,P<0.05).The self-care ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk early warning nursing has a significant effect on the prevention of VTE after inguinal hernia surgery.It can effectively reduce the incidence of thrombosis,enhance the self-care ability of patients,and further improve the nursing compliance and satisfaction of patients.
