中医骨折三期治疗对肱骨近端骨折术后的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研讨肱骨近端骨折(proximal humeral fractures,PHF)术后实施中医骨折三期疗法的疗效。方法方便选取2020年8月—2023年8月德化县中医院收治的62例PHF患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例,对照组术后按常规处理,观察组按中医骨折三期疗法处理,比较两组患者的疗效、术后疼痛状况、肩关节功能以及并发症。结果观察组的总治疗有效率为96.77%(30/31),高于对照组的74.19%(23/31),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.679,P=0.031)。观察组术后第2周、第4周的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。术后,观察组Constant-Murley肩关节功能评估表的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PHF术后实施中医骨折三期处理效果显著,可加快缓解疼痛,减少并发症发生,促进患者肩关节功能的恢复。Objective To study the effect of three-stage treatment of traditional Chinese medicine fracture after proximal humeral fractures(PHF).Methods A total of 62 patients with PHF admitted to Dehua County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment methods,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment after operation,and the observation group was treated with three-stage treatment of fracture in traditional Chinese medicine.The efficacy,postoperative pain,shoulder joint function and complications of patients in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.77%(30/31),which was higher than 74.19%(23/31)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.679,P=0.031).The pain scores of the observation group at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After operation,the score of Constant-Murley Score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-stage treatment of fracture in traditional Chinese medicine after PHF has a significant effect,which can accelerate the relief of pain,reduce the occurrence of complications,and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function.
