摘 要:目的通过分析江苏省某高校预防医学专业农村订单定向培养效果,了解其培养过程中存在的问题,为高校完善预防医学专业农村订单定向的培养提供参考依据。方法访问某高校本科生管理信息系统,同时结合问卷调查法,选取某高校2016级预防医学普通班49人和定向班69人作为研究对象,分析该校培养方案总体情况、培养成效、专业认知和职业规划以及学习成绩。结果2016级定向生中,对预防医学培养目标不清晰的占比为18.84%,普通生为14.29%;更多定向班学生未制订职业规划(27.54%vs 18.37%)和个人学习规划(28.99%vs16.33%)。除大三外,定向班其余年级必修课程平均成绩均显著低于普通班(P<0.05)。结论预防医学农村订单定向生在培养过程中存在学习积极性和主动性差、专业认知和职业规划不足的问题。为提高人才培养质量,应加强对学生的专业教育和职业规划指导,同时关注学生的学风建设和学习积极性和主动性激发。Objective This study was aimed at understanding the problems in talent cultivation among rural order-oriented preventive medicine majors at a university in Jiangsu Province.The effects of rural order-oriented cultivation were analyzed to provide a reference for universities to improve talent cultivation among these students.Methods The undergraduate management information system of a university was accessed,and a questionnaire survey was conducted to select 49 students in the general class and 69 students in the order-oriented class of 2016 majoring in preventive medicine.In these students,the overall situation of the training program,training effectiveness,professional awareness and career planning,and academic performance were analyzed.Results The percentage of oriented students in the 2016 class who lacked clarity regarding the goals of preventive medicine was 18.84%,whereas that in the general class was 14.29%;moreover,more oriented students had not formulated career plans(27.54%vs 18.37%)and personal study plans(28.99%vs 16.33%).Except for the third year students,the average scores of students in the other grades in the order-oriented class were significantly lower than those in the general class(P<0.05).Conclusions The identified problems included a lack of learning enthusiasm and initiative,and insufficient professional cognition and career planning in the cultivation process of rural order-oriented students majoring in preventive medicine.To improve the quality of talent cultivation,professional education and career planning guidance for students must be strengthened,and attention must be paid to cultivating good study habits,and stimulating learning enthusiasm and initiative.
