摘　　要：目的探讨利用“传染病报告信息管理系统”对献血者初筛的应用价值。方法收集2016—2021年玉溪市献血者血液检测数据和2011—2021年玉溪市法定传染病(艾滋病、乙肝、丙肝、梅毒)报告资料,进行比对分析。结果2016—2021年献血人群身份证为玉溪市的献血人次占75.29%,身份证登记为云南省的献血人次占94.95%;与2011—2021年玉溪市法定传染病(艾滋病、乙肝、丙肝、梅毒)报告资料进行比对,筛出献血前患传染病(艾滋病、乙肝、丙肝、梅毒)37例,重复献血率达72.97%。献血人群传染病发病率为44.91/10万,占玉溪市法定传染病(艾滋病、乙肝、丙肝、梅毒)报告发病率的62.14%。结论保障血液安全除高水平检验技术方法外,加强宣传教育,采用“传染病报告信息管理系统”查询献血者是否曾经患过血液传染病,是一种最简便、最经济的方法,避免消耗大量采供血机构的资源,确保采供血液质量和临床输血安全,应用价值显著。Objective To explore the application value of infectious disease reporting information management system in the primary screening of blood donors.Methods The blood test data of blood donors in Yuxi City from 2016 to 2021 and the report data of notifiable infectious diseases(AIDS,hepatitis B,hepatitis C,and syphilis)in Yuxi City from 2011 to 2021 were collected,compared,and analyzed.Results From 2016 to 2021,75.29%of the blood donors were registered in Yuxi City and 94.95%were registered in Yunnan Province.Compared with the report data of notifiable infectious diseases(AIDS,hepatitis B,hepatitis C,syphilis)in Yuxi City from 2011 to 2021,37 cases of infectious diseases above mentioned before blood donation were screened out,and the repeat blood donation rate reached 72.97%.The incidence of infectious diseases in the blood donation population was 44.91/105,accounting for 62.14%of the reported incidence of notifiable infectious diseases above mentioned in Yuxi City.Conclusion In addition to high-level testing techniques and methods,it is the simplest and most economical method to ensure blood safety,strengthen publicity and education,and use the infectious disease reporting information management system to check whether blood donors have ever suffered from blood infectious diseases,avoid consuming a large number of resources of blood collection and supply institutions,ensure the quality of blood collection and supply and the safety of clinical blood transfusion,and have significant application value.
