摘 要:为解决电石出炉后余热回收问题,设计了电石余热回收装置。采用ANSYS软件,以流固耦合换热、相变理论为基础,建立电石余热回收模型。对电石余热回收装置的数值分析结果表明,在风道入口风速相等的情况下,L型装置可提高风道内部电石与流场的热交换效率,相较于T型、M型装置,L型余热回收装置余热回收率高,为电石生产过程中能量回收再利用提供了参考。In order to solve the problem of waste heat recovery after the calcium carbide is discharged from the furnace,a calcium carbide waste heat recovery device is designed.ANSYS software is used to establish the calcium carbide waste heat recovery model based on the theory of fluid-solid coupled heat transfer and phase change.The numerical analysis results of the calcium carbide waste heat recovery device show that the L-type device can improve the heat exchange efficiency between the calcium carbide and the flow field inside the duct under the condition of equal wind speed at the entrance of the duct,and the L-type waste heat recovery device has a high rate of waste heat recovery compared with the T-type and M-type devices,which provides a reference for the energy recycling and reuse of energy in the production process of calcium carbide.
