摘 要:为提升高频高负载工况下30CrMnSiA钢的摩擦磨损性能,在其表面分别采用PVD镀碳膜技术和PST钛氮共渗技术制备强化层,经表面处理后,硬度分别提高了110%和82%。200 N载荷工况时,镀碳膜试样与未进行表面处理试样和钛氮共渗试样相比,摩擦因数较小、磨痕深度较浅以及磨损速率较低。300 N载荷工况时,试验初期碳膜即失效,钛氮共渗试样与未进行表面处理试样相比,摩擦因数较小,一定时间后3种试样的摩擦因数趋于一致,并且钛氮共渗试样的磨痕深度相对较浅、磨损速率相对较低。分析可知:针对30CrMnSiA钢材料,PVD镀碳膜处理方法适用于载荷不超过200 N的工况,PST钛氮共渗处理方法适用于载荷超过300 N的工况。In order to improve the friction and wear properties of 30CrMnSiA steel under high frequency and high load conditions,PVD carbon coating technology and PST titanium nitriding coating technology are used to prepare the reinforced layer on its surface.After surface treatment,the hardness of the sample is increased by 110%and 82%compared with the orginal matrix material,respectively.Under the 200 N load condition,the friction coefficient of the carbon coating sample is smaller,the depth of the scratch is shallower,and the wear rate is lower compared with the untreated sample and the titanium nitride coating sample.Under the 300 N load condition,the carbon coating layer fails in the early stage of the test.Compared with the untreated sample,the friction coefficient of the titanium nitride coating sample is smaller.After a certain period of time,the friction coefficients of the three samples tend to be consistent,and the depth of the scratch of the titanium nitride coating sample is relatively shallow and the wear rate is relatively lower.Analysis shows that for 30CrMnSiA steel material,the PVD carbon coating treatment method is suitable for load conditions up to 200 N,and the PST titanium nitride coating treatment method is suitable for load conditions exceeding 300 N.
