摘 要:针对自动发电控制调节下轴流转桨式水轮机桨叶枢轴轴套磨损严重的问题,基于ABAQUS仿真平台,通过Fortran语言将Archard磨损模型嵌入到UMESHMOTION磨损子程序中,结合ALE自适应网格技术控制节点位移,建立轴流转桨式水轮机桨叶枢轴轴套磨损模型。研究结果表明:接触压力过大的桨叶枢轴外轴套磨损程度明显高于内轴套;更换耐磨性更好的材料虽可以一定程度上减少轴套磨损,但大跨度、短时间的负荷调节,仍然会使设备磨损严重。这一研究为有效控制和减少机械部件磨损提供了一定的参考。In order to solve the serious problem of blade pivot bushing wear in automatic power generation control and regulation of kaplan turbine,the Archard wear model is embedded into UMESHMOTION wear subroutine through Fortran language based on ABAQUS simulation platform,and ALE adaptive grid technology is used to control node displacement.The wear model of blade pivot bushing of kaplan turbine is established.The results show that the wear degree of the external bushing is obviously higher than that of the inner bushing when the contact pressure is too high.Although replacing materials with better wear resistance can reduce bushing wear to a certain extent,large-span and short-time load regulation will still make the wear of equipment more serious.This research provides a reference for the effective control and reduction of the wear of mechanical components.
