摘 要:结合温拌沥青技术的发展与研究现状,详细阐述温拌沥青混合料技术的生产与施工创新特点,探析实现温拌技术的机械发泡过程和界定温度。通过温拌沥青混合料技术生产参数研究、膨胀率和半衰期测定及发泡效果评价指标分析、室内试验装置和现有研发设备探讨等多方位探析研究,针对目前研究应用的技术瓶颈和存在问题,指出温拌沥青与传统热拌沥青性能相当的前提下,可有效降低施工温度30℃~50℃,大幅减少废气粉尘排放,属新型绿色低碳环保技术,建议现阶段需重点攻克从设计、生产到施工的成套关键技术难题,健全标准体系,以规范其生产施工,便于推广应用。Based on the development and research situation of warm mix asphalt technology,it displays the inno-vative characteristics of production and construction of warm mix asphalt mixture technology,and explores the mechanical foaming process and temperature definition to achieve warm mix technology.It gives a general study of parameters in the production of warm mix asphalt mixture technology,determination of expansion rate and half-life,analysis of foaming effect evaluation indicators,exploration of indoor testing equipment and ex-isting equipment for research and development.And it reveals the current technological bottlenecks and exist-ing problems in research and application.It is also pointed out that under the premise of equivalent perfor-mance to traditional hot mix asphalt,warm mix asphalt can effectively reduce construction temperature by 30℃to 50℃,significantly reduce exhaust gas and dust emissions,and belong to a new green,low-carbon and environmental protection technology.More suggestions are made to focus on tackling the key technical chal-lenges from design,production to construction at the current stage,establish a sound standard system to stan-dardize its production and construction,and facilitate its promotion and application.
