从“心脾相关”探讨慢性自发性荨麻疹脑肠相关发病机制

摘　　要：中医学认为心脾两脏通过五行经络息息相关;心脾两脏可各自影响慢性自发性荨麻疹(CSU)发病,心影响CSU发病的关键病机在于心神失养和心火炽盛,脾则在于脾胃运化失常和思虑伤脾;心脾两脏通过气血经脉互相影响发病。现代医学认为CSU脑肠相关发病机制主要集中于心理应激及肠道菌群相关机制,并以脑肠肽为枢纽互相影响CSU发病。CSU现代医学脑肠相关发病机制与中医学的心脾相关的理论相互印证呼应。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that the heart and spleen organs are interconnected through the five elements and meridians.Both organs can independently affect the onset of chronic spontaneous urticaria(CSU).The key pathogenesis of CSU infl uenced by the heart is malnutrition of heart spirit and exuberance of heart fi re,while the spleen's infl uence lies in the abnormal transportation and transformation of spleen and stomach,and worry impairing spleen;The heart and spleen organs mutually aff ect the onset of CSU through qi and blood,and meridians.Modern medicine believes that the pathogenesis of CSU related to brain-gut primarily focuses on psychological stress and gut microbiota-related mechanisms,with brain-gut peptides as the pivot to aff ect the onset of CSU.In modern medicine,the pathogenesis of CSU related to brain-gut and the theory of heartspleen correlation in TCM are mutually confi rmed and echoed.
