宋金元时期伤寒类医著对《诸病源候论》引用研究

摘　　要：本文以“中国基本古籍库”中收录的古代医籍为研究范围,探析宋金元时期“伤寒类”医籍对《诸病源候论》的引用情况,发现《诸病源候论》之成书对后世医学理论的发展与传承具有非常积极的推动作用,且“伤寒类”医籍发展的历程为《诸病源候论》在后世的流传保留了珍贵有效的史料与语料,给后人探寻古籍原貌提供重要依据。This article takes the ancient medical books included in the"Chinese Basic Ancient Books Database"as the research scope,and explores the citation of books about Treatise on Febrile Diseases from the Song,Jin,and Yuan dynasties to the"General Treatise on Causes and Manifestations of All Diseases".It is found that the complete version of the"General Treatise on Causes and Manifestations of All Diseases"has the very positive role in promoting the development and inheritance of medical theory in later generations,and the development process of books about Treatise on Febrile Diseases has preserved precious and eff ective historical materials and language materials for the dissemination of"General Treatise on Causes and Manifestations of All Diseases"in later generations,providing important basis for later generations to explore the original appearance of ancient books.
