中药透皮术配合穴位手法治疗外阴色素减退性疾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨中药透皮术联合穴位手法对外阴色素减退性疾病临床疗效。方法 将90例就诊于长春中医药大学附属医院妇产诊疗中心门诊,并符合纳入标准的外阴色素减退性疾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用中药透皮术配合穴位手法治疗,对照组采用竹红菌素软膏外涂。对2组的临床有效率与复发率进行详细比较。结果 治疗组的整体临床有效率高达95.56%,相比之下,对照组的总有效率仅为73.33%。通过比较2组数据可以发现,在有效性方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。后续对2组患者进行为期一个月的随访,随访结果表明,治疗组的复发率相较于对照组更低。结论 中药透皮术配合穴位手法治疗外阴色素减退性疾病,其方法切实可行,疗效显著,复发率低,为中医治疗本病提供了新依据、新思路。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of herbal penetration therapy combined with acupoint manipulation in the treatment of hypopigmented disorders of vulva.Methods 90 patients with hypopigmented disorders of vulva who visited Outpatient Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Diagnosis and Treatment Center of the Affi liated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group received herbal penetration therapy combined with acupoint manipulation,while the control group received external application of hypocrellin ointment.The clinical eff ective rate and recurrence rate of two groups were compared.Results The overall clinical eff ective rate of the treatment group was 95.56%,while that of the control group was only 73.33%.By comparing the data of two groups,it could be found that the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of eff ectiveness,and there was statistically signifi cant diff erence(P<0.05).Subsequent one month follow-up was conducted on both groups,and the results showed that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Herbal penetration therapy combined with acupoint manipulation is feasible,eff ective,and has a low recurrence rate,providing new evidence and ideas for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.
