摘 要:玉米青贮饲料因其丰富的营养物质、适口性好、更长的储存时间等优势,已成为反刍动物不可或缺的基础日粮,青贮饲料品质优劣直接影响反刍动物生产性能。近红外光谱分析技术因其快速、准确、非破坏性等特点,广泛应用于青贮饲料质量的检测。本文基于全株玉米青贮质量分级指数(CSQS)的指标,阐述应用近红外光谱技术构建玉米青贮饲料中的营养指标、发酵指标和安全指标预测模型,及其影响模型构建的关键因素,旨在为牧草建立近红外营养成分参数预测模型提供参考依据。Corn silage has become an indispensable basic diet for ruminants due to its rich nutrients,good palatability,longer storage time,etc.The quality of silage directly affects the performance of ruminants.Near-infrared spectroscopy is widely used in the detection of silage quality because of its fast,accurate and non-destructive characteristics.Based on the index of whole-plant corn silage quality grading index(CSQS),this paper described the application of near-infrared spectroscopy to construct the prediction model of nutritional indexes,fermentation indexes and safety indexes of corn silage,and its key factors affecting the model construction,which was aimed at establishing a near-infrared.The aim was to provide a reference basis for the establishment of near-infrared prediction models of nutrient parameters for forage.
