摘　　要：高校组织员专业化发展是完善全面从严治党责任体系、推动新时代高校党的建设新的伟大工程向纵深发展的本质要求。当前,高校组织员队伍的专业化建设面临着队伍配置不到位、考核制度不健全、专业素养不均衡及职业前景不明晰等窘境。以对标政治标准、聚焦制度建设、强化能力提升及创新体制机制等举措为抓手,积极推进新时代高校组织员专业化能力提升。As party workers under the leadership of party organizations at all levels in universities specializing in party member development,party member education,management and services,coordinating and dealing with the relationship between upper and lower level party organizations and assisting in grass-roots organization construction,organizers are duty-bound to shoulder the mission of consolidating the foundation of party building in colleges and universities,as well as doing a good job of building grassroots party organizations and party members in colleges and universities.Specialization of college organizers is the essential requirement for perfecting the system of strictly administering the party’s responsibility in an all-round way and promoting the new great project of party building in colleges and universities in the new era.However,in reality,the regularization,professionalization and specialization of the organizers’team in universities are faced with difficulties and challenges such as inadequate team configuration,imperfect assessment system,unbalanced professional quality and unclear career prospects.It is of great practical significance to explore the path of improving the professional ability construction of university organizers in the new era by benchmarking politics,focusing on the system construction,strengthening the ability improvement and innovating the system and mechanism.
