摘 要:为探索适宜青檀生长的环境条件,分别在不同生长条件下(温室、遮阳、露天)播种青檀,通过株高、地径、叶片数、分枝数、叶绿素含量和叶面积的比较,研究环境对1年生青檀苗的生长形态和生理指标的影响。结果表明,温室环境下青檀苗生长发育最好,株高达18.98 cm,地径达3.25 mm,叶片数39片,分枝数3个,叶绿素含量36.91 mg/g,叶面积23.42 cm^(2),相比于遮阳和露天两种环境效果显著。In order to find a suitable habitat for Pteroceltis tatarinowii,seeds of the species were sown in 3 habitats(greenhouse,shading,and open-air)to study the effects of the 3 habitats on the growth morphology and physiological indexes of the 1-year-old Pteroceltis tatarinowii seedlings by comparing the height,basal diameter,leaf number,branching number,chlorophyll content and leaf area.The results showed that the seedlings grew best in the greenhouse habitat with the height,basal diameter,leaf number,branching number,chlorophyll content and leaf area reaching 18.98 cm,3.25 mm,39,3,36.91 mg/g and 23.42 cm^(2) respectively,significantly higher than those of the seedlings in the shading and open-air habitats.
