摘　　要：文化遗产是城市历史的见证,城市时代不仅对遗产保护提出了更高的要求,也需要超越保护与发展之争,将历史城市视为动态发展过程探讨城市遗产保护与社会、经济、生态、人居之间的互动关系。大运河、长城和西山永定河构成北京具有突出价值和意义的自然和文化遗产,体现为中华文明智慧的结晶,反映了传统的山水观念并承担着相应的都城职能。作为现代城市遗产的三条文化带突出了线性遗产理念、构建了独具特色的现代城市空间,也是体现文化认同和集体记忆的精神性景观。在对三条文化带的历史和现实梳理的基础上,以国际遗产保护的新近理论城市历史景观理论对三条文化带保护及未来发展予以展望。Cultural heritage is the witness of urban history.The urban era not only puts higher requirements for heritage conservation but also needs to go beyond the controversy between conservation and development and explore the interactive relationship between urban heritage conservation and society,economy,ecology,and human habitat by considering the historic city as a dynamic development process.The Grand Canal,the Great Wall,and the Yongding River in the West Mountain constitute Beijing’s natural and cultural heritage of outstanding value and significance,embodying the crystallization of the wisdom of Chinese civilization,reflecting the traditional notion of landscape and undertaking the corresponding functions.As part of modern urban heritage,the three cultural belts highlight the concept of linear heritage,construct a unique modern urban space,and reflect the spiritual landscape of cultural identity and collective memory.This paper systematically analyses the history and reality of the three cultural belts in Beijing and discusses the preservation and future development of the three cultural belts with the recent theory of the historic urban landscape.
