摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会为进一步全面深化改革擘画了恢弘蓝图,为中国式现代化开辟了广阔前景,充分彰显出我们党以更加强烈的历史主动精神谱写新时代改革开放新篇章的坚定决心和信心。伟大历史主动精神的新开显,体现在对时代大势的深刻洞察,体现在对战略愿景的清晰擘画,体现在对行动方略的科学部署。必须学习好贯彻好党的二十届三中全会精神,洞察时代大势、锚定战略愿景、践履行动方略,为全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现第二个百年奋斗目标,以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴而努力奋斗。The third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC has fully demonstrated the Party's firm determination and confidence in writing a new chapter in the new era of reform and opening up with a stronger spirit of historic initiative. The new manifestation of the great spirit of historic initiative is reflected in the profound insight into the general situation of the times, the clear drawing of the strategic vision, and the scientific deployment of the action strategy.
