摘 要:山岭地区地形复杂,施工条件恶劣,为保证施工期间各类工程材料的运输和工程建设的需要,需要在施工区域内修筑长距离施工便道满足客、货运输的需要。囿于地形条件限制,实际工程中施工便道一般只能修筑为单车道,但是需要承担双向通行的行车需求。为了提高长距离单车道双向通行区间的通行效率和行车安全性,本文结合列车运行自动闭塞控制原理,提出了一种基于VisVAP的长距离单车道双向通行区间的多区间感应协调控制方案。将感应线圈分为进入区间需求响应线圈(Knock型)、区间占用响应线圈(Occupy型)和通过区间响应线圈(Pass型),提出了用于中间控制区间的正常四相位控制方案以及用于端口控制区间的设置最小红灯时间Δt的特殊三相位控制方案;并给出了端口、中间控制区间的VisVAP控制流程文件,提出了最小红灯时间Δt限值的计算方法并通过仿真证明了其合理可行性。最后以川藏铁路大渡河桥工程施工便道中一段长L=2000 m的单道双向通行区间为研究对象进行Vissim仿真,研究发现,当上行Δt设置为80 s,下行Δt设置为60 s时,控制区间能保证行车延误最小,车流运行流畅度较高,提升了通行效率,保障了通行安全。The mountain area has complex topography and poor construction conditions.In order to ensure the transportation of all kinds of engineering materials and the needs of engineering construction during the construction period,it is necessary to build longdistance construction access roads in the construction area to meet the needs of passenger and cargo transportation.Limited by the terrain conditions,the construction access road in the actual project can only be built as a single lane,but it needs to bear the traffic demand of bidirectional traffic.In order to improve the traffic efficiency and safety of longdistance singlelane bidirectional traffic section,combined with the automatic block control principle of train operation,a multi-interval induction coordinated control scheme based on VisVAP is proposed in this paper.According to the specific functional requirements,the induction coils are divided into the interval demand response coil(Knock type),the interval occupation response coil(Occupy type)and the interval response coil(Pass type).A normal four-phase control scheme for intermediate control interval and a special three-phase control scheme for setting minimum red light timeΔt for port control interval are proposed.The VisVAP control flow files of port and intermediate control interval are given,the calculation method of minimum red light timeΔt limit is put forward,and its reasonable feasibility is proved by simulation.Finally,taking the single-lane two-way traffic section with a length of 2000 m in the construction access road of Dadu River Bridge on Sichuan-Tibet Railway as the research object,Vissim simulation is carried out.It is found that when the uplinkΔt is set to 80 s and the downlinkΔt is set to 60 s,the control interval can ensure the minimum traffic delay and high traffic flow fluency,which can improve traffic efficiency and ensure traffic safety.
