摘  要:近年来,混凝土3D打印技术快速发展,其应用范围从建筑景观向房屋结构与桥梁等承重结构转变。混凝土材料优异的长期和耐久性能是3D打印结构化发展和应用的关键和保障。本文从微细观非均质结构、收缩开裂性能及耐久性能三个方面对3D打印混凝土材料进行分析评估,明确影响耐久性能的主要因素,为优化3D打印混凝土材料性能提供科学的指导和建议,进而推动3D打印在土木建筑领域的快速和高质量发展。In recent years,the application area of 3D concrete printing technology has shifted from architectural landscape to house,bridges and other typed load-bearing structures.Therefore,the favorable long-term and durable performance of 3D printed concrete materials is of crucial significance to promote the structural application.This paper evaluates 3D printed concrete materials from three aspects:miscrostructure heterogeneous structure,shrinkage cracking performance and durability performance,to clarify the main factors affecting the durability performance.This paper can provide scientific guidance and suggestions for optimizing the performance of 3D printed concrete materials,thereby promoting the rapid and high-quality development of 3D printing in the field of civil engineering and construction.
