摘  要:以大型建筑企业为研究对象,从经济、社会和环境维度3个视角阐述企业社会责任划分,同时将衡量大型建筑业企业竞争力指标归纳为市场运营能力、技术创新能力、项目管理能力、资源管理能力和财务运作能力等5个方面,并通过构建结构方程模型探究履行社会责任对企业竞争力提升的影响机理.研究结果表明:大型建筑企业社会责任的3个维度对竞争力存在显著正向影响;影响社会责任履行的关键要素为按期付款、纳税及时且足额、争创精品工程以及环境保护;企业提升竞争力的关键要素为信息技术掌握情况、拥有和转化专利的情况、财务及融资状况、资本增值能力等.This study concentrates on large construction enterprises and analyses the distribution of corporate social responsibility from economic,social,and environmental perspectives.The competitive indicators are classified into the following categories:market operation,technological innovation,project management,resource management,and financial performance.A structural equation model is employed to investigate the influence of fulfilling social responsibility on enhancing competitiveness.The findings support the proposition that social responsibility dimensions exert a positive influence on competitiveness.The principal factors that contribute to the fulfillment of social responsibility are the timely payment of all relevant dues,compliance with all applicable tax regulations,the delivery of high-quality projects,and the implementation of effective environmental protection measures.The enhancement of competitiveness is contingent upon the utilization of information technology,patents,financial resources,and capital growth.
