摘 要:培育新时代高校辅导员数字素养是教育数字化转型的时代呼唤,是辅导员角色定位的内在需要与大学生认知行为变化的外部要求。当前高校辅导员面临一些困境,例如,认知态度转变的长期性导致数字认知出现偏差,数字知识储备更新滞后阻碍了数字技术应用,与学生数字化需求不相适致使工作重心错位。对此,要激发辅导员学习内驱力,重构数字知识体系;整合数字资源,强化数字设施建设;多方协同参与,构建反馈评价机制。通过以上措施可充分发挥内外部力量,以期提高辅导员数字素养。Cultivating virtues and morality is the fundamental task of education.Cultivating counselors digital accomplishment in colleges and universities is crucial for the high-quality development of higher education,which responds to the call of the digital transformation of education in the new era and meets both the internal needs of counselors role orientation and the requirements of students cognitive and behavioral changes.However,they are faced with such difficulties as prolonged shifts of cognitive attitudes leading to digital cognitive biases,lagging renewals of digital knowledge reserves hindering applications of digital technology,inadaptability to students digital needs resulting in misalignment of the focus of work.This paper proposes relevant solutions like stimulating counselors drive in learning,reconstructing digital knowledge systems,integrating digital resources,strengthening digital infrastructure,and establishing feedback evaluation mechanisms with multi-party collaborative participation.The above measures can give full play to internal and external forces to enhance counselors digital accomplishment in colleges and universities.
