摘 要:以湖北省天门市某博物馆的大跨度钢空腹夹层板楼盖为实例设计,介绍了钢空腹夹层板的设计方法和结构布置,基于YJK模型和SAP2000模型分析了实用计算方法和壳单元有限元模型计算结果的变形和受力的差异及其原因,对比研究了传统方管剪力键和新型十字剪力键在空腹夹层板结构中的受力表现。结果表明,本工程中实用方法与壳单元有限元模型计算得到的挠度结果吻合性较好,实用方法难以考虑次弯矩,会导致受压板件的计算应力较壳单元有限元模型明显偏小;剪力键的构造对结构受力有一定影响,新型十字剪力键连接的弦杆应力较方管剪力键略小,应力集中情况在一定条件下更缓和;通过增加部分加劲肋板,可以减小支座端应力。Taking the large-span steel open-web sandwich panel roof of a museum in Tianmen City,Hubei Province as an example,the design method and structural layout of the steel open-web sandwich panel were introduced.Based on the YJK model and SAP2000 model,the differences in deformation and stress of practical calculation methods and shell element finite element model calculation results and their reasons were analyzed.The stress performance of traditional square tube shear keys and new cross shear keys in open-web sandwich panel structures was compared and studied.The results show that the deflection results obtained by the practical method in this project are in good agreement with those obtained by the shell element finite element model.The practical method is difficult to consider the secondary bending moment,which will lead to a significantly smaller calculated stress of the compression plate compared to the shell element finite element model.The construction of shear keys has a certain impact on the structural stress.The stress of the chord connected by the new cross shear key is slightly smaller than that of the square tube shear key,and the stress concentration situation is more relaxed under certain conditions.By adding some stiffeners,the stress at the support end can be reduced.
