摘 要:目的调查大学生的体育锻炼行为及其学习投入现状,并分析两者的关系,以期为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法对1735名在校大学生的体育锻炼行为、学习投入等情况进行调查分析。结果(1)大学生体育锻炼频率得分、体育锻炼持续时间得分、体育运动强度得分以及体育活动等级得分依次为2.91±1.14、2.96±1.12、2.13±1.14和1.53±0.75,均低于其理论中值,并且均是女生得分低于男生(P<0.01);(2)大学生学习投入总体得分以及活力、奉献和专注3个维度的得分依次为5.03±1.06、4.78±1.19、5.25±1.07和5.06±1.11,均高于其理论中值。学习投入总体得分以及活力和专注2个维度得分均是男生高于女生(P<0.01);(3)大学生学习投入总体得分及3个维度得分与其体育锻炼频率、体育锻炼持续时间、体育运动强度以及体育活动等级得分均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论与建议(1)大学生体育锻炼不足。女生是需要重点干预人群;(2)大学生学习投入总体处于中等偏上水平,在学习投入总体以及活力、专注2个维度女生不如男生;(3)大学生的体育锻炼行为正向影响其学习投入。因此,高校应体智并重,促进学生参与锻炼,提高学生学习投入。Objective The status of college students'physical exercise behavior and learning engagement were investigated and their relationship were analyzed in this paper in order to provide a basis for formulating effective intervention measures.MethodA questionnaire survey about the physical exercise behavior and learning engagement of 1735 college students were conducted.Result The scores of the college students'physical exercise frequency,duration,intensity,and level of physical activity are 2.91±1.14,2.96±1.12,2.13±1.14,and 1.53±0.75,respectively,which are lower than their theoretical median.Moreover,the scores of the female students'are lower than those of the male students'(P<0.01).The overall scores of college students'learning engagement and the scores in the three dimensions of vitality,dedication,and focus are 5.03±1.06,4.78±1.19,5.25±1.07,and 5.06±1.11,respectively.They are all higher than their theoretical median.The males'overall score of learning engagement and scores in the two dimensions of vitality and focus are higher than the females'(P<0.01).The overall score of college students'learning engagement and their scores in three dimensions are positively correlated with their frequency,duration,intensity,and level of physical exercise(P<0.01).Conclusion The college students take part in physical exercise insufficiently.Girls are the population that requires targeted intervention.The overall level of the college students'learning engagement is moderate to upper level.The female students'overall learning engagement and in two dimensions(vitality,and focus)are not as good as the male students'.The physical exercise behavior of college students has a positive impact on their learning engagement.Therefore,the physical education and intellectual education should be equal emphasized in the universities.The students should be promoted to participate in physical exercise and to increase their learning engagement.
