摘 要:为了解决由于海底淤泥等环境因素的影响,海上风电平台的喷冲系统常常因为遭遇泥沙堵塞而失效,严重威胁到平台的运行安全;传统直通开口式喷冲装置在这种情况下难以胜任,平台仅靠平台浮力难以克服各种拔桩阻力,甚至会因为受阻而导致拔桩失败等重大安全事故等问题。设计出一种安全可靠的海底淤泥防堵喷冲阀,使其具有良好的抗堵塞能力,能够在恶劣、浑浊的浅海海域中进行防堵与解防堵的作业。分析优化平台设计前后,防堵能力变化,工作能力变化过程。结果表明,该喷冲阀能够在不影响平台正常喷冲工作的情况下,有效地防止泥沙堵塞问题的发生,确保平台的安全拔桩。设计的新型喷冲阀具有良好的适用性和普适性,可以为海上风电平台提供安全可靠的技术保障。The jet flushing valve system of offshore wind power platforms often fails due to blockage by silt,which seriously threatens the safe operation of the platform.Traditional straight-through open-type jet flushing devices are unable to cope with such situations.It is difficult to overcome various pile pulling resistances relying solely on the platform buoyancy,and may even lead to major safety accidents such as pile pulling failure.It is urgent to design a safe and reliable seabed silt anti-blocking jet flushing valve,which has good anti-blocking ability and can be used for nti-clogging and de-clogging operations under adverse sea condition.The changes in the anti-blocking ability of the platform before and after the optimization design were analyzed.The results showed that the jet flushing valve can effectively prevent the occurrence of sediment blockage without affecting the normal jet flushing work of the platform,ensuring the safe pile pulling of the platform.The newly designed jet flushing valve demonstrates excellent applicability and universality,providing a safe and reliable technical guarantee for offshore wind power platforms.
