摘 要:目的调查我国东北边境地区野鼠和蜱类伯氏疏螺旋体的感染情况,为该类疾病的预防和治疗提供科学依据。方法2022年对东北三省9个地区(2012—2013和2016年)采集的蜱类和辽宁省宽甸满族自治县、吉林省集安市(2012和2013年)捕获的野鼠,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测伯氏疏螺旋体DNA,并采用χ^(2)检验比较不同地区、不同宿主动物及媒介蜱感染率。结果蜱类样本共107组,经实时荧光定量PCR检测阳性16组(宽甸满族自治县、本溪市、集安市和萝北县各1组;密山市和逊克县各2组;敦化市、抚远市各4组),总阳性率为14.95%,其中长角血蜱阳性率为9.68%,嗜群血蜱阳性率为3.57%,日本血蜱阳性率为33.33%,全沟硬蜱阳性率为50.00%,森林革蜱阳性率为4.35%,长角血蜱和全沟硬蜱(χ^(2)=7.454、P=0.006)阳性率比较,嗜群血蜱和全沟硬蜱(χ^(2)=10.786、P=0.001)阳性率比较,差异均有统计学意义,以全沟硬蜱阳性率最高。检测鼠脾样本共130份,阳性7份,阳性率为5.38%。宽甸满族自治县和集安市的鼠脾样本阳性率分别为4.69%和6.06%,两地鼠脾样本阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.542,P=0.617),仅从黑线姬鼠和大仓鼠检出阳性,阳性率分别为13.33%和5.81%。结论我国东北边境地区蜱类和野鼠中存在伯氏疏螺旋体感染,提示该调查地区人群存在感染风险。Objective To investigate the infection of Borrelia burgdorferi in field mice and ticks innortheastern border region,to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of these diseases.Methods In 2022,real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used in 2022 to detect Borrelia burgdorferi DNA in ticks collected from nine districts in the three northeastern provinces during 2012-2013 and 2016,as well as in field mice captured in 2012 and 2013 in Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County,Liaoning Province,and Ji′an City,Jilin Province.The Chi-square test was used to compare the infection rate of different regions,different host animals,and vector ticks.Results A total of 107 groups of tick samples were tested by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,in which 16 groups were positive(one each in Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County,Benxi City,Ji′an City,and Luobei County;two each from Mishan City and Sunk County;and four groups of each in Dunhua and Fuyuan City),with an overall positive rate of 14.95%.The positive rates for the Haemaphysalis longicornis,Haemaphysalis concinna,Haemaphysalis japonica,Ixodes persulcatus,and Dermacentor silvarum were 9.68%,3.57%,33.3%,50.00%,and 4.35%,respectively.The difference between the positive rates of the Haemaphysalis longicornis and Ixodes persulcatus(χ^(2)=7.454,P=0.006),and the positive rates of the Haemaphysalis concinna and Ixodes persulcatus(χ^(2)=10.786,P=0.001)were statistically significant,with the highest positive rate for the Ixodes persulcatus.A total of 130 mouse spleen samples were tested,and 7 of them were positive,with a positive rate of 5.38%.The positive rates of rat spleen samples in Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County and Ji′an City were 4.69%and 6.06%,respectively,and the differences in the positive rates of rat spleen samples between the two places were not statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.542,P=0.617).Positivity was detected only from the Apodemus agrarius and the Tscherskia triton,with positive rates of 13.33%and 5.81%,respectively.Conclusion The
