摘　　要：布鲁菌病是一种由布鲁菌引起的人畜共患传染病,通过接触受感染的动物传播,在全球范围内广泛流行。症状包括发热、关节炎和疲劳。早期诊断对治疗非常重要,本文旨在总结布鲁菌病的国内外流行病学和诊断方法的研究现状,包括流行病学特征、实验室检查、影像学检查等方面,以期为制定有效的布鲁菌病预防和控制策略提供理论依据。Brucellosis is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by Brucella,which is transmitted through contact with infected animals and is widely prevalent worldwide.Symptoms include fever,arthritis,and fatigue.Early diagnosis is crucial for treatment.This article aims to summarize the current status of research on the epidemiology and diagnostic methods of brucellosis,both domestically and internationally.This includes the epidemiological characteristics,laboratory tests,and imaging examinations,etcetera,with the expectation of providing a theoretical basis for the development of effective prevention and control strategies for brucellosis.
