摘 要:目的测试筛选10种植物精油对德国小蠊(Blattella germanica)的触杀活性和对残杀威的增效作用,为减缓害虫抗药性,开发植物源增效剂提供依据。方法2022年4月11日采用点滴法测试莳萝、芹菜等10种植物精油对德国小蠊的触杀活性及对残杀威的增效活性。结果10种植物精油在500mg/ml的剂量下,百里香精油、荆芥穗精油、莳萝精油、芹菜精油、白芷精油均对德国小蠊有触杀活性。对处理24h后死亡率≥20%的德国小蠊的植物精油进行浓度梯度测试,随着植物精油浓度的提高,百里香精油、荆芥穗精油、莳萝精油、芹菜精油对德国小蠊的触杀活性越强;在植物精油剂量为2000mg/ml时,处理24h后百里香精油和莳萝精油对德国小蠊致死率均达到100%。用2%植物精油+残杀威亚致死浓度进行增效活性初步筛选,处理24h后,10种植物精油中,除留兰香精油外其他9种植物精油均表现有增效活性,其中芹菜精油增效活性最强,增效系数为200%。选择增效活性最强的芹菜精油、白芷精油和百里香精油,用不同浓度的植物精油+残杀威亚致死浓度进行测定,其增效活性都表现为随浓度的提高而提升。结论百里香精油、莳萝精油对德国小蠊有良好的触杀作用;芹菜精油对残杀威的增效活性最强,可为开发天然的植物源增效剂提供参考。Objective Ten kinds of plant essential oils were tested and screened for contact activity against Blattella germanica(B.germanica)and synergistic effect on propoxur to provide a basis for the development of plant-derived synergists to mitigate pest resistance.Methods On April 11,2022,10 kinds of essential oils,including dill and celery,were tested for the contact toxicity against B.germanica and synergistic activity against propoxur using the drop method.Results Ten plant essential oils at a dose of 500mg/ml,thyme oil,schizonepeta tenuifolia oil,dill essential oil,celery oil,and angelica dahurica oil,all showed contact activity against B.germanica.A concentration gradient was tested for plant essential oils against B.germanica with≥20%mortality after 24h of treatment.As the concentration of plant essential oils increased,thyme oil,schizonepeta tenuifolia oil,dill oil,and celery oil showed stronger contact activity against B.germanica.Of these,the lethality of both thyme oil and dill oil against B.germanica could reach 100%after 24h of treatment at a dose of 2000mg/ml of plant essential oils.Preliminary screening for synergistic activity was carried out with a concentration of 2%plant essential oil and propoxur 20%lethal concentration.After 24h of treatment,among the ten kinds of plant essential oils,9 kinds of plant essential oils showed synergistic activity except for spearmint oil,among which celery oil had the strongest synergistic activity with a synergistic coefficient of 200%.Celery,angelica dahurica and thyme oils,which had the strongest synergistic activity,were selected and determined with different concentrations of essential oils and propoxur 20%lethal concentration.The synergistic activities all showed an increase with the increase in concentration.Conclusion Thyme oil and dill oil have good contact toxicity on B.germanica.Celery oil has the strongest synergistic activity on propoxur,which can provide a reference for the development of natural synergists of plant origin.
