摘 要:目的了解武汉市基层卫生服务机构(primary health service institutions,PHSIs)人员开展艾滋病(AIDS)防治工作的意愿,分析其影响因素。方法2020年6—10月对武汉市基层卫生服务机构的艾滋病防治工作人员进行问卷调查,采用χ^(2)检验和非条件logistic多因素回归分析方法对影响因素进行分析。结果共调查351人,从事艾滋病防治工作的年限平均为(4.74±4.54)年;15.1%的人专职从事艾滋病防治工作,69.8%的人愿意长期从事艾滋病防治工作。logistic多因素回归分析显示,男性、中级及以上职称、专职、支持本机构开展艾滋病防治工作、认为可以胜任艾滋病防治工作、认为服务对象愿意接受基层卫生服务机构的艾滋病检测服务的调查对象,更愿意长期从事艾滋病防治工作(OR=2.843、2.320、6.261、16.929、3.557、2.779,95%CI:1.531~5.280、1.228~4.382、1.838~21.325、5.359~53.478、1.920~6.588、1.466~5.270)。结论基层卫生服务机构人员大部分愿意长期从事艾滋病防治工作。增强政策保障和资金支持,增加专职人员配备,提高人员待遇水平,提升专业知识和技能有助于提高基层卫生服务机构人员从事艾滋病防治工作的意愿。Objective To understand the willingness of personnel of primary health service institutions(PHSIs)in Wuhan City to carry out AIDS prevention and control work,and to analyse the influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted from June to October 2020 among personnel working on AIDS prevention and control in PHSIs in Wuhan City.Chi-square test and unconditional logistic multifactor regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors.Results A total of 351 personnel were surveyed,with an average of(4.74±4.54)years of experience in AIDS prevention and control.Fifteen point one percent of the personnel were engaged in AIDS prevention and control on a full-time basis,and 69.8%of the personnel were willing to be engaged in AIDS prevention and control on a long-term basis.Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that survey respondents who were male,intermediate and above professional titles,full-time,supportive of AIDS prevention and control service in the organisations,those who considered themselves competent in AIDS prevention and control work,and those who considered that clients were willing to receive HIV testing services from primary health service organisations were more willing to engage in HIV prevention and control work in the long time(OR=2.843,2.320,6.261,16.929,3.557,2.779,95%CI:1.531-5.280,1.228-4.382,1.838-21.325,5.359-53.478,1.920-6.588,1.466-5.270).Conclusion Most of the personnel in PHSIs are willing to engage in AIDS prevention and control on a long-term basis.Strengthening policy protection and financial support,increasing the number of full-time staff,raising the remuneration level of staff,and enhancing the professional knowledge and skills will help to increase the willingness of personnel in PHSIs to engage in AIDS prevention and control.
