摘 要:目的观察卫生杀虫剂对海口市白纹伊蚊的杀灭效果,为媒介伊蚊控制提供科学依据。方法2023年7月采集海口市美舍河沿岸5个监测点的白纹伊蚊,在实验室模拟现场内对5种卫生杀虫剂进行药效检测,分析不同药剂、不同环境下对白纹伊蚊的杀灭效果。率的检验采用χ^(2)检验,采用Bonferroni法对检验水准进行校正。野外杀灭效果实验选用10.4%氯菊烯丙菊水乳剂按1∶30进行超低容量喷雾,5.0%高氯残杀威悬浮剂按1∶100滞留喷洒,随机选择2个小区监测施药0、1、2、3、5、8、12d成蚊密度,现场评估两种药物的灭蚊效果。结果5种卫生杀虫剂药效比较,10.4%氯菊烯丙菊24h死亡率最高(99.80±0.20)%,8.0%氟氯残杀威最低(75.60±15.69)%,不同药物对白纹伊蚊24h杀灭率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=214.631,P<0.001)。5种环境类型白纹伊蚊对不同卫生杀虫剂的24h杀灭效果差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=179.773,P<0.001)。2个小区第0d成蚊账诱指数分别为9.00和5.50只/(顶·h),施药后1~12d平均账诱指数分别降为0.50和1.71只/(顶·h)。结论10.4%氯菊烯丙菊和5.0%高氯残杀威对白纹伊蚊具有较好的杀灭效果。Objective To observe the killing effect of hygienic insecticides on Aedes albopictus in Haikou City and to provide a scientific basis for the control of the Aedes vigilax.Methods Aedes albopictus samples were collected from five monitoring sites along the Meishe River in Haikou City in July 2023,and the efficacy of five hygienic insecticides was tested in the laboratory mimic field to analyze the killing effect of different agents and different environments on Aedes albopictus.The rate was tested by Chi-square test,and the Bonferroni method was used to correct the test level.For the killing effect experiment in the field,10.4%permethrin allethrin emulsion in water(EW)was used for ultra-low volume spray at 1∶30,and 5.0%high chlorine propoxur suspension concentrates(SC)was used for residual spraying at 1∶100.Two randomly selected plots were monitored for adult mosquito densities at 0,1,2,3,5,8,and 12 days of drug application,and antimosquito effects of the two drugs were evaluated on site.Results To compare the efficacy of the five hygienic insecticides,10.4%permethrin allethrin had the highest 24h mortality rate(99.80±0.20)%,and 8.0%cis-cyfluthrin propoxur had the lowest 24h killing rate(75.60±15.69)%.The difference in 24h mortality rate between the different insecticides against Aedes albopictus was statistically significant(χ^(2)=214.631,P<0.001).The difference in the 24h killing effect of five environmental types of Aedes albopictus on different sanitary insecticides was statistically significant(χ^(2)=179.773,P<0.001).The trap indices of adult mosquitoes were 9.00 and 5.50 mosquitoes/(net·h)on day 0 of the two plots,and the average trap indices of adult mosquitoes decreased to 0.50 and 1.71 mosquitoes/(net·h)from 1 to 12d after the application of the drug,respectively.Conclusion Ten point four percent permethrin allethrin and 5.0%high chlorine propoxur have better killing effect on Aedes albopictus.
