中鼻甲黏膜瓣覆盖翼管神经切断术治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究过敏性鼻炎患者应用中鼻甲黏膜瓣覆盖翼管神经切断术治疗的效果。方法非随机选取贵州省赫章县人民医院于2023年1—12月收治的60例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,根据手术方法不同将其分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),观察组治疗方法为中鼻甲黏膜瓣覆盖翼管神经切断术,对照组治疗方法为传统翼管神经切断术,对比两组患者手术前后的鼻塞症状评分、上皮化时间、创面修复时间及术后并发症发生率。结果术前,两组患者鼻塞症状评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后,两组患者鼻塞症状评分较手术前均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组患者上皮化时间、创面修复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为3.33%(1/30),低于对照组的26.67%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。结论过敏性鼻炎患者应用中鼻甲黏膜瓣覆盖翼管神经切断术治疗的效果确切。Objective To investigate the effect of middle turbinate mucosa flap covering pterygotomy in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to the People's Hospital of Hezhang County,Guizhou Province from January to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The treatment method of the observation group was the middle turbinate mucosal flap covering pterygotomy,while the treatment method of the control group was the traditional pterygotomy.Nasal congestion symptom score,epithelialization time,wound repair time and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results Before operation,there was no statistical significance in the score of nasal congestion between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the score of nasal congestion between the two groups were significantly lower than those before operation,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The epithelialization time and wound repair time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.33%(1/30)lower than 26.67%(8/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of middle turbinate mucosal flap covering the pterygoid canal nerve transection in the treatment of allergic rhinitis patients is effective.
