桂枝麻黄各半汤治疗寒冷性荨麻疹临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析治疗寒冷性荨麻疹采用桂枝麻黄各半汤的临床疗效。方法非随机选取2021年6月—2023年8月南京市江宁区中医院收治的60例寒冷性荨麻疹患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为两组,各30例。对照组使用西药实施常规治疗,研究组使用中药实施桂枝麻黄各半汤治疗,对比两组的中医证候积分、瘙痒程度、实验室指标、不良反应发生率和治疗效果。结果研究组的中医证候积分、瘙痒程度均低于对照组,炎症因子水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%(1/30),低于对照组的20.00%(6/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05)。研究组的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝麻黄各半汤治疗寒冷性荨麻疹,可以改善患者的中医证候积分和实验室指标,降低瘙痒程度,不良反应少,治疗效果较好。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Guizhi Mahuang Gebantang on cold urticaria.Methods A total of 60 patients with cold urticaria admitted to Nanjing Jiangning District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to August 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the treatment,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment with Western medicine,and the study group received Guizhi ephedra Gebantang with Chinese medicine.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,itching degree,laboratory indexes,incidence of adverse reactions and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and itching degree of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the level of inflammatory factors was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33%(1/30)in the observation group,which was lower than 20.00%(6/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).The therapeutic effectiveness of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Mahuang Gebantang in the treatment of cold urticaria can improve the TCM syndrome score and laboratory index of patients,reduce the degree of itching,less adverse reactions,and the therapeutic effect is good.
