摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术与开腹卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果差异。方法非随机选取2022年1月—2023年12月涟水县妇幼保健院收治的82例卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象,按不同的手术方法进行分组,每组41例,对照组开腹卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗,观察组腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗。对两组手术治疗指标、卵巢功能与并发症进行比较。结果观察组手术治疗指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组卵巢激素水平较对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症率为2.44%(1/41),低于对照组的17.07%(7/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.987,P<0.05)。结论卵巢囊肿患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗的手术创伤更低、术后恢复更快,对患者卵巢功能影响更小,且术后并发症更少。Objective To explore the differences in the effects of treating patients with ovarian cysts by laparoscopic ovarian cysts and versus open ovarian cyst excision respectively.Methods 82 patients with ovarian cysts were admitted to Lianshui County maternal and child health care hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected and grouped according to different surgical methods,41 cases in each group,the control group was treated with open ovarian cyst excision,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision.The surgical treatment indexes,ovarian function and complications were compared and analysed between the two groups.Results The surgical treatment indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The ovarian hormone levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 2.44%(1/41),which was lower than 17.07%(7/41)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.987,P<0.05).Conclusion Ovarian cyst patients treated with laparoscopic surgery have lower surgical trauma,faster postoperative recovery,less impact on patients'ovarian function,and fewer postoperative complications.
