米索前列醇联合缩宫素在剖宫产产妇产后出血中的预防效果

摘　　要：目的研究米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法非随机选取2022年11月—2023年11月聊城市第三人民医院收治的剖宫产产妇88例,根据治疗方式分为参照组和治疗组,各44例,分别实施宫缩素治疗及米索前列醇联合宫缩素治疗。对比两组产妇的临床疗效、产后出血量及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组的临床疗效相较于参照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组产后出血量低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组输血率为0,低于参照组的9.09%(4/44),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.208,P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率为2.27%(1/44),较参照组的18.18%(8/44)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.456,P=0.035)。结论剖宫产产妇实施米索前列醇联合缩宫素治疗,可降低产后出血量与血率及不良反应发生率,治疗效果明显。Objective To study the effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin on preventing postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods A total of 88 parturients with cesarean section admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from November 2022 to November 202 were non-randomly selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into reference group and treatment group,with 44 cases in each group,and they were treated with oxytocin and misoprostol combined with oxytocin respectively.The clinical efficacy,postpartum hemorrhage and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the treatment group was lower than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The blood transfusion rate of the treatment group was 0,which was lower than 9.09%(4/44)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.208,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.27%(1/44),lower than that in the reference group 18.18%(8/44),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.456,P=0.035).Conclusion The treatment of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in cesarean section can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and blood rate and the incidence of adverse reactions,and the treatment effect is obvious.
