高压氧联合复方甲硝唑膜治疗糖尿病牙周炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析高压氧配合复方甲硝唑膜对糖尿病牙周炎的治疗效果。方法非随机选取淄博市中西医结合医院口腔科于2021年1月—2023年12月期间收治的80例患有糖尿病牙周炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,每组40例,两组患者均进行常规治疗,同时,对照组额外应用复方甲硝唑膜进行治疗,而联合组则采用高压氧与复方甲硝唑膜相结合的方式进行治疗,对比两组的咀嚼功能、牙周状况、治疗有效率。结果治疗后,联合组咀嚼功能、牙周状况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,联合组治疗有效率为100.00%(40/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.806,P<0.05)。结论采用高压氧联合复方甲硝唑膜治疗糖尿病牙周炎患者,能改善患者的咀嚼能力和牙周健康状况,从而提升治疗的有效率。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen with compound metronidazole film on diabetic periodontitis.Methods Non-randomLy selected 80 patients with diabetic periodontitis admitted to the Department of Stomatology,Zibo Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine treatment.At the same time,the control group was treated with compound metronidazole membrane,while the combined group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with compound metronidazole membrane.The chewing function,periodontal status and treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the masticatory function and periodontal status of the combined group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the combined group was 100.00%(40/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.806,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of hyperbaric oxygen combined with compound metronidazole membrane in the treatment of diabetic periodontitis can improve patients'chewing ability and periodontal health status,so as to enhance the treatment efficiency.
