摘　　要：选煤厂设计与加工是保证煤炭质量的重要手段,对煤层、煤质资料的深入细致分析,有利于合理进行产品定位,也是制定合理有效的洗选工艺流程的重要环节。通过对选煤厂设计中常用的煤质资料进行系统分析,阐述煤质分析的意义及重要性,论证分析煤质代表性及调整依据。通过对其物理化学性质、工艺特性、粒度组成、密度组成等分析,掌握所述煤炭用途方向、筛分浮沉特性、煤泥粒度及密度性质、泥化特性、可浮性等,结合选煤厂设计实践,提出在选煤厂设计过程中煤质分析角度及应该准确把握的信息,为合理确定产品方向及制定选煤工艺奠定基础。With the continuous improvement of coal mining level,the design and processing of coal preparation plants are important means to ensure coal quality.In depth and detailed analysis of coal seams and coal quality data is conducive to reasonable product positioning and is also an important link in formulating reasonable and effective washing process flow.The article systematically analyzes the commonly used coal quality data in the design of coal preparation plants,elaborates on the significance and importance of coal quality analysis,and demonstrates the representative evaluation and adjustment basis of coal quality analysis.Through the analysis of its physical and chemical properties,process characteristics,particle size composition,density composition,etc.,grasp the direction of coal use,screening floating and settling characteristics,slime particle size and density properties,sliming characteristics,floatability,etc.,combined with the design practice of the coal preparation plant,analyze the coal quality analysis angle and the information that should be accurately grasped in the design process of the coal preparation plant,and lay the foundation for reasonably determining the product direction and formulating the coal preparation process.
