摘 要:为了充分利用炼焦煤这一稀缺资源,针对炼焦煤解离、分选、回收等关键技术进行研究,破碎解离是分选、回收的前提,目前选煤厂采用的破碎设备破碎比小,需要多次破碎,甚至磨矿才能实现中煤的解离。复合式破碎机结合反击式破碎机、锤式破碎机和环锤式破碎机的特点,能够对炼焦煤选煤厂的中煤进行深度破碎解离,一次破碎就能够达到解离的效果。破碎机能耗低、投资低,为充分回收炼焦煤这一稀缺资源创造了条件。In order to make full use of the scarce resource of coking coal,key technologies such as coking coal dissociation,separation and recovery have been studied.Crushing for dissociation is the premise of separation and recovery.However,at present,the crushing equipment used in the coal preparation plant has a small crushing ratio,which requires multiple crushing and even grinding to realize the dissociation of middling coal.Combined with the characteristics of impact crusher,hammer crusher and ring hammer crusher,therefore,the compound crusher can deeply crush and dissociate the middling coal in coking coal preparation plant,and the dissociation can be achieved by one crushing.Low energy consumption and low investment create conditions for fully recovering the scarce resource of coking coal.
